Hi, I'm Kate, owner of Curls and Swirls Salon, located in Mifflintown, PA. There's nothing i love more than making you look and feel your best. My team and I are dedicated to offering to best possible luxurious experience, backed by the best products in the industry. With over 16 years of personal combined experience, our mission is to help others see their beauty in unique & special ways. When i opened my salon doors 7 years ago, i knew i wanted to bring something different to this industry, something that made people feel special in their own skin.
